Who we are

Compass Design and Build is a residential building company based in Radlett, offering premium building services to North London and the surrounding areas. Services we offer range from garage conversions, single and double storey extensions, loft conversions and basements, through to complete home refurbishments and new builds.
Compass is owned and run by Justin Bannerman-Lloyd, who has over 15 years’ experience in the building industry.
At Compass, our aim is to create beautiful spaces for our clients to enjoy for years to come. We work closely with clients, architect & interior designers to give them a bespoke space which works for them and their lifestyle, and which is sympathetic to the surroundings of their existing property or location.
The unique thing about Compass is that we offer our clients a turn-key proposition, handling everything from the planning stages to final handover, so our clients aren’t left trying manage everything themselves, and have the peace-of-mind that everything is being taken care of for their project.
